Northern Spy

• Ice
• 2 ounces apple brandy, preferably bonded
• 1 1/2 ounces apple cider
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 ounce apricot brandy
• 1 thin apple slice

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the apple slice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the apple slice.
