Express Jambalaya

  1. Cook chicken over med high heat until light brown.
  2. Remove chicken from skillet.
  3. Cook rice mix without seasonings, in skillet until light brown.
  4. Gradually stir in water, tomatoes and seasonings from mix.
  5. Heat to boiling.
  6. Stir in sausage and chicken and reduce heat to low.
  7. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed and chicken is no longer pink in center.
