Easy & Super-Quick Salmon

  1. Cut the salmon fillets into large pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the vegetables in easy to eat sized pieces.
  3. Combine with the sauce.
  4. Put a tablespoon of butter in a hot frying pan and quickly cook the salmon.
  5. Remove from pan once they're cooked through and transfer to a plate.
  6. Put the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan and add the vegetables.
  7. Stir-fry while constantly stirring.
  8. Pour in the sauce, and put the cooked salmon on top of the vegetables.
  9. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  10. Check occasionally that the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
  11. Mix well, put on plate and it's ready to eat!
