  1. Sift the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the milk and butter and stir them into the beaten eggs.
  3. Make a hole in the flour and pour in the yeast-water mixture and mix.
  4. Add the milk mixture to this, beating all the while.
  5. Beat until smooth and set it aside, covered, to rise for 3-4 hours.
  6. Beat down the dough and add it to a greased bundt pan and let rise, covered, for 2-2 1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
  7. Brush the top with melted butter.
  8. Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until done.
