Tex Mex Ground Beef Stew

  1. Brown beef in dutch oven.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients.
  3. Add 2 cups water, cumin, oregano,and cayenne.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, covered.
  5. Stir 1/4 cup water into flour until smooth.
  6. Stir into stew; cook until thickened, about 1 minute.
