Turkey Picadillo Healthy And Easy Recipe

  1. Bring water and 1/2 tsp.
  2. salt to boil in a medium size covered saucepan.
  3. Stir in rice; cover, remove from heat and let stand while preparing turkey.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  5. Crumble in turkey, sprinkle with cumin and stirring often to break up pcs, cook 5 min till meat is no longer pink.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 min till slightly thickened and bubbly.
  8. Serve over the rice.
  9. Makes 4 servings or possibly 2 hungry servings.
