Beef And Noodles With Sour Cream And Paprika Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. Dry red wine Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 x Beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. Water
- 2 c. Uncooked wide noodles Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream Paprika Minced parsley
- Beef and Noodles with Lowfat sour cream and Paprika
- Heat butter; add in beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
- Saute/fry' till meat loses red color and onion tender, stirring with fork to break up the meat.
- Add in wine, lemon juice, bouillon cubes and water.
- Simmer uncovered for 10 min.
- Add in noodles, cover and simmer for 15 min or possibly til noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream and heat gently.
- Sprinkle
