Lobster In Shell Soup Recipe

  1. Cut up the canned tomatoes.
  2. Partially thaw frzn lobster.
  3. Split lobster tails in half lengthwise, then cut in half crosswise to make 8 portions.
  4. In large covered saucepan, saute/fry onion, green pepper and celery in the butter till tender, but nor browned.
  5. Add in chicken broth, undrained tomatoes, parsley, salt and a dash of pepper.
  6. Bring to boiling.
  7. Add in pasta and cook uncovered, just till pasta is tender.
  8. Reduce heat.
  9. Add in lobster and fresh spinach.
  10. Cook 5 min longer or possibly till the lobster is done.
  11. Makes 4 servings.
