Anns BBQ Roast Beef Sandwich

• 14 lb roast beef
• 14 medium onion, sliced
• 14 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 14 cup barbecue sauce
• 1 loaf French bread

1. Wrap in foil and bake 350 till hot and cheese is melted (10 - 15 min).
2. I slice into 4 pieces and serve.
3. Great served with a bowl of soup or salad.
