Creamy Low Fat Garlic Shrimp - With a Kick!

  1. Prepare shrimp, leave the tails on if you wish.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet (I used medium heat), add garlic.
  3. saute one minute then add shrimp.
  4. Saute one minute.
  5. add chicken broth, simmer until shrimp is almost fully cooked.
  6. add yogurt and mix well.
  7. add cheese, red pepper flakes and hot chili sauce.
  8. simmer until sauce thickens, this is where you may need to add a touch of corn starch to thicken.
  9. toss with pre-cooked broccoli and enjoy!
