Hearts Of Palm Salad Recipe

  1. In large bowl mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut hearts of palm, tomatoes and avocados into 1 1/4-1 1/2 inch chunks.
  3. Add in to vinaigrette in bowl and toss well to coat.
  4. Tear greens into bite-size pcs and arrange on large platter.
  5. Spoon hearts of palm mix over greens.
  6. Pour any remaining dressing over salad.
  7. If not serving right away, cover and chill up to 3 hrs.
  8. Serves 10 as side dish.
