Grandma's Chocolate Cake - Hershey Bundt Cake
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups (475 ml) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups (600 ml) flour
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) baking soda
- 4 Hershey bars
- 1 cup (225 ml) Hershey chocolate syrup
- 1 cup (225 ml) buttermilk
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Sift flour, salt, and soda three times.
- Melt Hershey bars in chocolate syrup, and cool.
- Add flour mixture, syrup, buttermilk, and vanilla, alternately to sugar mixture.
- Bake at 300 deg.
- for 1 1/2 hours.
