Chinese sausage

• 2 lb Chinese sausage
• 3 each roma tomatoes
• 1 cup White vinegar
• 1 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
• 2 cup Brown rice

1. Preferably grill the Chinese sausage
2. Sauce : add vinegar soy sauce and tomatos ( diced) and refrigerate eat over rice
