Quick and Easy Popcorn Balls

  1. Discard any unpopped kernels from popcorn and place in large bowl.
  2. Bring corn syrup, sugar and salt to a boil.
  3. Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly.
  4. Add food coloring if desired.
  5. Pout syrup over popcorn to coat.
  6. Form into balls with buttered hands.
  7. Serve immediately or cover in plastic wrap to store or place in covered container.
