Quick and Easy Popcorn Balls
- 23 cup light corn syrup
- 23 cup confectioners' sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 quarts popped popcorn
- 3 -5 drops food coloring (optional)
- Discard any unpopped kernels from popcorn and place in large bowl.
- Bring corn syrup, sugar and salt to a boil.
- Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly.
- Add food coloring if desired.
- Pout syrup over popcorn to coat.
- Form into balls with buttered hands.
- Serve immediately or cover in plastic wrap to store or place in covered container.
