Chinese Vegetable Salad With Hoi Sin Dressing Recipe

  1. Put vegetables and water chestnuts into a large salad bowl; cover and chill.
  2. Heat oil to 375 degrees.
  3. Slice won ton wrappers into strips and fry in warm oil till golden.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Divide long rice into 4 parts; fry each part separately in warm oil till light and fluffy.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Break into small pcs.
  8. Just before serving, add in won ton, long rice, char siu and sesame seed to salad; toss gently.
  9. Serve with Sesame Hoi Sin Dressing.
  10. Makes 10 servings.
