Vegan Chili

  1. Add all ingredients into large stock pot stir well ( I don't drain or rinse any ingredients).
  2. Cover bring to a boil, let boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce to a low simmer and cover
  4. Stir and check taste ( may need extra seasoning ).
  5. Top with vegan cheese and enjoy.
