Sesame Rice

  1. In a medium skillet, saute the sesame seeds in butter for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
  2. Add rice, celery and onion; saute until rice is browned.
  3. Spoon into a ungreased 3 quart baking dish.
  4. Dissolve bouillon and salt in water pour over the rice mixture.
  5. Cover and bake at 325 for 50 minutes or until rice is tender.
