Nutty Bacon Cheese Ball

  1. Beat cream cheese and milk on low speed in large bowl until blended.
  2. Add cheeses; blend on medium speed until well combined.
  3. Add green onions, pimiento, half of bacon, and half of pecans; blend on medium speed until well mixed.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer 1/2 of the mixture to a piece of plastic wrap.
  6. Form into a ball; wrap tightly.
  7. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  8. Refrigerate until chilled--at least 2 hours.
  9. Combine remaining bacon and pecans with parsley and poppy seeds in a pie plate.
  10. Remove plastic wrap from each ball.
  11. Roll each into the mixture until well coated.
  12. Rewrap each ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use--up to 24 hours.
