Banana Nut Pop

• 1/2 bananas
• 1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate
• 1 x grape nuts cereal

1. Insert a stick in banana.
2. Dip in juice and roll in cereal.
3. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
4. Thaw a few minutes and eat!
