Comfort Chicken Casserole
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 3 cups Chicken, Cooked And Diced
- 3 cups Narrow Egg Noodles, Cooked
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine soup, sour cream and milk.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add Parmesan, frozen mixed vegetables and chicken.
- Stir well until combined.
- Add egg noodles and gently stir until thoroughly coated with mixture.
- Pour into a casserole which has been coated with butter.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake covered for approximately 25 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake until cheese has browned slightly.
- Cooking times may vary with different ovens.
- Casserole is done when mixture is bubbly on the sides and cheese has browned ever so lightly!
- Find a comfortable chair, a warm blanket and a good movie.
- Enjoy thoroughly!
