Iced-Coffee Frappe
- 1 12 cups strong coffee, chilled
- 12 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 12 cups ice, plus more as desired
- whipped cream (optional)
- chocolate syrup (optional)
- Coffee: 4 tablespoons per 6-ounces of water or 1 1/2 cups cold-brewed coffee concentrate.
- Coffee Concentrate: Put 1/2 cup ground coffee and 1/2 cup cold water in glass container and let sit 12 hours.
- Strain the coffee grounds with a filter.
- If the coffee looks cloudy, strain again.
- You can store up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
- To serve, add cold water, ice, milk, and sugar as desired.
- To make Frappe: In a blender, puree coffee, milk, sugar, and ice.
- For thicker consistency, add more ice and blend.
- Pour into 2 glasses, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce if desired.
- Serve immediately.
