Iced-Coffee Frappe

  1. Coffee: 4 tablespoons per 6-ounces of water or 1 1/2 cups cold-brewed coffee concentrate.
  2. Coffee Concentrate: Put 1/2 cup ground coffee and 1/2 cup cold water in glass container and let sit 12 hours.
  3. Strain the coffee grounds with a filter.
  4. If the coffee looks cloudy, strain again.
  5. You can store up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
  6. To serve, add cold water, ice, milk, and sugar as desired.
  7. To make Frappe: In a blender, puree coffee, milk, sugar, and ice.
  8. For thicker consistency, add more ice and blend.
  9. Pour into 2 glasses, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce if desired.
  10. Serve immediately.
