Another Spinach and Feta Casserole

• 2 (13 1/2 ounce) cans spinach
• 1 lb feta cheese
• 1 bunch green onion
• 9 egg whites
• 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced

1. Grease 9 inch pan; set aside.
2. Mix eggs and cheese until smooth.
3. Add onion, garlic, mix well.
4. Stir in spinach.
5. Evenly spread spinach mixture in pan.
6. Bake at 300F for approximately 1 hour.
