Aligator And Chicken Spring Rolls With Dipping Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat oil in wok, add in ginger garlic, chile and meats.
  2. Toss till cooked through.
  3. keep aside.
  4. Heat more oil and saute/fry the vegetables.
  5. Combine meat and vegetables and add in breadcrumbs and coriander.
  6. Roll in spring roll pastry and deep fry till golden.
  7. For the sweet and sour sauce, combine all the ingrediants and bring to the boil.
  8. Simmer gently for 5 min and serve as dipping sauce with the spring rolls.
