Guilt Free 8 Layer Dip
- 1 can Refried Beans (16 Oz Can)
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- Coarse Salt And Pepper
- 1/4 cups Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cups Extra-sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 2 cans Chopped Green Chiles (4 Oz Cans)
- 2 Plum Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 Avocado, Halved, Pitted, Peeled And Diced
- 1 cup Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- 2 Scallions, Chopped
- Tortilla Chips For Serving
- In a medium bowl, combine beans, lime juice, and water then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread beans onto the bottom of an 8x8 serving dish.
- In a small bowl mix taco seasoning with Greek yogurt.
- Spread over beans.
- Top with cheese, chilies, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, and scallions.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
