Mulled Tea Bag
- 2-1/2 tsp. tea leaves
- 2 cloves, whole
- 3 allspice, whole
- 1 tsp. crushly coarsed cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 6 fl. oz. boiling water
- Place tea leaves, spices, and peels on a 5-inch cheesecloth square.
- Bring corners together and tie into bag with string.
- To brew tea, place bag in mug and add 6 fl.
- oz.
- boiling water; steep 4-5 minutes.
