Chicken in Maple Syrup With Lemon Slices and Raisins

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Dip chicken into bread crumbs, coating all sides.
  3. In a large frying pan, melt butter and oil over medium high heat.
  4. Saute chicken until browned on all sides.
  5. Remove from heat and place in a greased (or Pam'd) baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle raisins over chicken.
  7. Blend syrup with water, pour over chicken.
  8. Top with lemon slices.
  9. Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until done.
