The Best Garlicky Hummus
- 1 can Chick Peas
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Safflower Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (or Chili Oil)
- 4 Tablespoons Cold Water
- 1/2 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 1- 1/2 pinch Salt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until creamy.
- Serve with pita chips or toasted bread.
- This hummus is great on sandwiches or as a dip for veggies.
