Pork Scallopini Recipe

  1. Cut away bone.
  2. Place meat between plastic wrap.
  3. Lb.
  4. about 1/4 inch.
  5. Coat meat in flour.
  6. Place meat in butter and oil over medium high heat in frying pan.
  7. Cook till no longer pink.
  8. Remove from pan.
  9. Keep hot.
  10. Cook rest of meat and add in more butter and oil if needed.
