Afghans
- 200 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 175 g flour
- 25 g cocoa
- 50 g corn flakes
- Soften the butter, add sugar and beat to a cream.
- Add the flour and cocoa and lastly the cornflakes.
- Put spoonfuls on a greased oven tray and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 deg C.
- When cold, ice with chocolate icing and decorate with walnuts on top.
