Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin

  1. Combine all ingredients except pork in food processor and run for 30 seconds.
  2. Coat pork completely and allow to marinate for at least an hour.
  3. Preheat oven at 425.Line a baking pan with foil and place pork and all herbed oil in pan.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 min.
  5. Remove top foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. When sliced, pour any remaining oil from pan all over pork.
