Creamy Roquefort Dressing

• 12 lb Roquefort cheese
• 12 cup mayonnaise
• 12 cup light cream or 12 cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 14 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 dash pepper
• 1 dash garlic salt

1. Crumble cheese.
2. add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. If a thinner dressing is desired, add additional cream or milk.
