Creamy Potato Dish Recipe

  1. Cold, peel and grate potatoes, put in 9 x 13 inch dish.
  2. In saucepan, heat butter and soup together.
  3. Blend in onion, lowfat sour cream and cheese.
  4. Add in to potatoes; fold in well.
  5. Top with the few Tbsp.
  6. melted butter, then sprinkle crushed cornflakes all over top till covered.
  7. It's best to crush your own cereal, rather than buy the crumbs in can.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, covered.
  9. Serves 10-12.
