Perfect Pasta Pizza
- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (14 oz.) tomato sauce, no salt added
- 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Toss spaghetti, egg and milk and egg in large bowl.
- Spread evenly in greased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Brown meat in medium skillet; drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce and salad dressing mix.
- Spoon over spaghetti crust.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Variations: Prepare as directed, topping meat mixture with your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, olives and peppers) before baking.
- Prepare as directed, adding 1/2 cup chopped onion to meat when browning.
