Easy Guacamole
- 2 whole Avocados
- 1/2 cans (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Lime Or Lemon Juice
- Cut your avocados in half, remove the pit, then scoop out the meat into a food processor or blender.
- Drain the tomatoes and add approximately half the can.
- It really all depends on how much tomato flavour you want versus avocado flavour.
- Add the minced garlic.
- Same applies to the garlic as tomatoes.
- If you like your garlic, add more!
- If not add less.
- Throw in the lime or lemon juice or both and some freshly ground black pepper to taste and blend that bad boy up!
- You can adjust the flavors according to your taste, then serve it in a bowl with some tortilla chips!
