Crispy Baked Chicken

• 3 lb chicken drumsticks
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp baking powder

1. In a large mixing bowl mix together the flour and seasonings.
2. Add the chicken and coat with the four
3. Prepare a large cookie sheet by covering with foil and spray with cooking oil.
4. Arrange the chicken on the sheet at least 1 inch apart
5. Bake for at least 30-35 minutes, turning at least once after 20 minutes.
6. And serve once cooked
