Salmon And Cream Cheese Ball Recipe

  1. Steam fresh salmon for about 45 min.
  2. Cold, skin, debone.
  3. Place in bowl and continue as below.
  4. If using canned salmon, place in bowl.
  5. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Serves 16 to 20 on Hors D'Oeuvres buffet.
  7. Serves 8 as first course at dinner party.
