Easy Mexican Seven Layer Dip
- 160 grams Sour cream
- 160 grams Cream cheese
- 500 grams Ground meat
- 1 bag Taco seasoning
- 1/2 Onion, optional (finely chopped)
- 1 can Refried beans
- 2 Avocados
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Salt, pepper
- 1 jar Salsa sauce
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Green bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Onions (finely chopped)
- 3 leaves Lettuce (shredded)
- 1 as much (to taste) Cheese (melting type)
- Saute the ground meat.
- You can add chopped onions if you like!
- Add the taco seasoning after the meat has cooked through.
- Saute the refried beans a little until smooth.
- Add a little water.
- I used these canned refried beans this time.
- Mash the avocados with a fork.
- Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix.
- Add the sour cream and cream cheese, and mix until smooth.
- If you take it out of the refrigerator a little before you mix it, it will be easier.
- Optionally chop up the tomato, bell pepper and onion for the salsa.
- I used this jar of salsa this time.
- Add the chopped up vegetables to the jar of salsa.
- This improves the texture.
- The vegetables are optional!
- The first layer is sour cream and cream cheese mixed together Make it smooth and level the surface.
- The second layer is the ground meat.
- 3rd layer: Refried beans.
- 4th layer: Avocado.
- 5th layer: Salsa.

- 7th layer: Cheese!
