Morning Whole Wheat Spice Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Combine wet ingredients.
  3. Fold dry and wet ingredients together, until just moistened.
  4. Spoon into lightly oiled or non-stick muffin tins.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes.
