Simple Crab Meat Tomato Cream Pasta

  1. Add salt (not listed) to boiling water and cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  4. Add the garlic and heat until fragrant.
  5. Add the red chili if you like.
  6. Add the tomatoes together with the juice into a pan from Step 2, and cook until the liquid starts to bubble.
  7. Add the canned crab together with its stock as well as sugar.
  8. When it starts to lightly boil, add butter to bring out the richness.
  9. Lastly, add the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper (not listed).
  10. Add boiled pasta to the pan and toss well with the sauce.
  11. Transfer to a plate.
