Turkish Delight and OREO* Fool

  1. Whip the cream and icing sugar together with electric beaters until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold through 3/4 of the OREO* crumbs.
  3. Spoon 1/2 the OREO* cream mixture evenly between 6 small (200ml) serving glasses, then top with 1/2 the raspberries.
  4. Repeat with the remaining OREO* mixture and raspberries.
  5. Top with the Turkish delight, pistachios and remaining OREO* crumbs, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
