Crockpot Cheese Fondue Dip

  1. Combine condensed soup, grated cheese, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and chives.
  2. Cover and heat on low in crock-pot for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  3. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  4. Keep hot in the pot.
