Burrata Garlic Bread With English Peas And Brown Butter

  1. Cut bread into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Grill (or broil) until the bread is brown and slightly charred.
  3. Scrape surface with garlic cloves.
  4. Saturate the slices with olive oil and finish with Maldon salt to taste.
