Easy Gratin with New Onions and Marscapone Cheese

  1. Slice the new onions into thin rounds and stir-fry with salt, pepper, and oil.
  2. Cover with a lid and sweat covered over low heat.
  3. Cook until thick.
  4. Transfer Step 3 into a heatproof container, top with marscapone cheese, and bake in an oven.
  5. When the marscapone cheese has browned, it's ready!
  6. Top as you like with parsley.
