Mushroom & Barley Soup
- 4 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 12 cup pearl barley
- 12 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 12 teaspoon course black pepper
- 5 12 cups water
- salt
- Combine; Mushrooms, Carrots, Tomatoes, Celery, Barley, Parsley, Black Pepper,& Water In A Large Soup Pot.
- Bring The Soup To A Boil, Reduce The Heat, Cover The Pan& Simmer For 1 Hour.
- Season To Taste.
