Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup
- 1 lb sirloin tip roast, cut into bite size chunks
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 cup diced potato
- 64 ounces tomato juice
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes
- 15 ounces sweet peas
- 15 ounces cut green beans
- 15 ounces whole kernel corn
- 1 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
- Cook Stew Beef in the Chicken broth till tender.
- Add tomato juice and bring to a boil.
- Next add raw vegetables and cook till tender.
- Then drain and add diced tomatoes, green beans, peas, and corn.
- Add seasonings and simmer 20 minute on medium heat.
