Easy Raspberry Dessert Recipe

  1. Mix crumbs, melted butter and brown sugar together.
  2. Press in 9 x 13 pan and cold.
  3. Mix whipped cream and marshmallows; spread over cooled crust.
  4. Thaw raspberries.
  5. Drain off and reserve juice.
  6. Add in water to juice to make 2 c. liquid.
  7. Stir into junket and boil 1 minute.
  8. Stir in liquid removed berries.
  9. Cold and spread over dessert.
  10. Chill about 2 hrs before using.
  11. Can be refrigerated 2-3 days if necessary.
