Sausages with Kale and White Beans

  1. Heat broiler, with rack 4 inches from heat.
  2. With a fork, pierce sausages all over; place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Broil, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
  5. Add kale, garlic, and the water; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook, tossing occasionally, until kale is wilted and tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Add beans and vinegar; cook, tossing gently, until beans are heated through, about 2 minutes.
  8. Slice sausages and serve over kale and beans.
