Chicken Casserole With A Mexican Flavor Recipe
- 4 whole chicken breasts, cooked
- 1 sm. can green chilies, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 12 corn tortillas, cut
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 can chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheese (cheddar)
- Mix all ingredients together except chicken and cheese.
- Layer ingredients beginning with tortillas, then layer of chicken, layer of sauce then layer of cheese.
- Repeat till gone.
- Cook 1 hour, covered 45 min, uncovered last 15 min at 350 degrees.
