Chicken rice soup Portuguese style

  1. In a large pot, fill with water 3/4 full.
  2. Add cut up linguica, onion, chicken, carrots, bouillon cubes, and seasonings.
  3. On medium to high heat cook for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Now only take chicken out of the pot and on a cutting board remove skin and cut up chicken.
  5. Put chicken back in pot with rice.
  6. Cover and cook on medium for 20 min.
