Tex-Mex Quesadillas
- 1 pkg (400 g) Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- 8 medium flour tortillas
- 1 each tomato & avocado, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- juice of 1 lime Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- Mix cheese & salsa.
- Place 1/2 cup mixture on half of each tortilla; fold over.
- Cook tortillas a few at a time, in ungreased frypan on medium heat, approximately 2 minutes per side.
- Cool 5 minutes; cut each into 3 triangles.
- STIR together remaining ingredients.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp.
- mixture on top of each quesadilla just before serving.
